Description:

The race is around Laugarvatn over rivers, marshes and peatlands using a freestyle method. The distance is approx. 8.5 km. The Ingunn Rescue Team in Bláskógabyggð is the coordinator of the race. All proceeds from the race go towards the purchase of whitewater rescue equipment.
